About
I am currently an undergraduate university student in Illustration, making use of any spare time to work on linocut printmaking in my room. With a background in maths, I love the methodology and problem solving that working with lino provides. I joined the lovely York Printmakers group late 2025.
Aside from printmaking, I primarily work in watercolour. The freeness while colour mixing and subtlety it gives on the page drew me to it as opposed to other paint mediums. I have had a recent focus on repeated pattern making with watercolour and am interested in a career in pattern design. I have also recently been combining linocut with watercolour; I've really enjoyed the results and am excited to experiment further.
